Let’s explore the details!

Why is a systematic training process needed?

Japan is not only a country with a developed economy, but is also famous for its disciplined culture and professional working style. To succeed in the land of cherry blossoms, you need more than just a plane ticket: it is preparation in language, cultural knowledge and working style. With many years of experience, Asia understands this and builds a closed training program, helping you train from A to Z, ready for a new journey.

Pre-interview training phase: creating a first impression

At this stage, you will receive:

Instructions on posture, manners, and greetings: Everyone knows that Japanese people pay great attention to etiquette. Just a bow at the right angle can make an impressive impression. At Asia, you will learn how to bow elegantly without hurting your back.

  • Basic self-introduction: When interviewing with a Japanese company, the first question is usually: Introduce yourself. Don’t let your brain freeze because you haven’t prepared. Asia’s team will guide you to speak clearly, confidently, and engagingly.
  • Notes when answering and asking questions: Japanese people like brevity and getting straight to the point. You will practice interview situations and learn how to interact skillfully to shine from the very first moment.
  • It may sound a bit stressful, but don’t worry, teachers at Asia often joke around during class, turning the classroom into a practice stage, helping you learn and laugh freely while still achieving high efficiency.

Pre-departure training: learning from language to culture

After being selected, you will enter an intensive training period of about 4 to 6 months, with two main areas:

Japanese – The Key to Success

  • Experienced Teachers: Asia has a team of Vietnamese and Japanese teachers, flexibly combining to teach from grammar, vocabulary to conversation skills. You will not only learn how to say “Konnichiwa!” but also understand the context of use, how to emphasize intonation to make Japanese people nod in praise.
  • Unique curriculum: You will learn with paper lesson plans combined with supporting software, along with interactive games. Don’t be surprised if today you learn “Hiragana” and tomorrow you have a fun test through a mobile application.
  • Proficiency test: Asia aims to maximize students’ Japanese ability. After 3-4 months, you can reach level N5, and after 5-6 months, about 80% of students reach N4. Of course, 80% sounds dry, but when you are part of that number, you will find it an extremely proud achievement.
  • Extracurricular activities: Studying from books all the time is… suffocating, so Asia often organizes cultural festivals such as Tanabata, Origami or calligraphy. Besides, you can also participate in events with a strong Vietnamese character such as Mid-Autumn Festival, November 20, so as not to forget your roots.

Orientation Education – When in Rome, Do as the Romans Do

  • Japanese rules, customs, and culture: To integrate quickly, you need to understand the standards of behavior, how to greet colleagues, how to nod to your boss, or even tea time during breaks.
  • Daily activities: Shopping at the supermarket, going to the hospital, banking transactions, etc. Things that seem simple have countless regulations. Rest assured, Asia’s guidance team will help you enter your new life without fumbling like a rookie.
  • Basic Laws: Each country has different regulations. You need to clearly understand safety rules, traffic regulations, and labor regulations to avoid accidentally breaking the law just because you don’t know.

Why is studying at Asia so much fun?

  • Learning while playing: Asia combines discipline and a fun atmosphere. You will find the classroom full of positive energy, making memorization and practice easier.
  • Competition and rewards: Small exams and monthly exchange activities not only help check learning progress, but also give students with outstanding abilities a chance to shine. Who says studying Japanese is just about studying? At Asia, you have the opportunity to shine and bring home worthy rewards!
  • A cohesive community: You will not only study alone, but will make friends with many students from all over. After class, stories about the upcoming journey in Japan will connect everyone, turning the classroom into a warm common home.

What will you get when you take off to Japan?

  • Solid Japanese foundation: Enough for you to communicate confidently, understand instructions at work and be ready to improve further when you arrive in Japan.
  • Professional demeanor: From greetings, behavior, to discipline, all are trained. No matter which factory or company you are in, you will shine with neatness and responsibility.
  • Understanding Japanese culture and laws: Helps you avoid unnecessary culture shocks and comply with regulations from the beginning.
  • Mental preparation: The journey away from home will certainly be full of challenges, but with a solid knowledge and skills base, you will find everything much easier.
